Payments
Paypal Secure Credit Card Processing
All credit and debit card details are processed using the Paypals secure transaction system. Using the the Paypal system, your credit card information remains safely in the hands of you and Paypal. No-one else has access to this. They act as a secure link between us and your bank and obtain payment authorisation for us.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Switch. All transactions will be processed in GBP Sterling. To combat credit card fraud, we only deliver to the address where the credit/debit card is registered.
Please note that while you are able to view our prices in different currencies, they are for you guidance only and all transactions are in GBP Sterling at the prevailing exchange rate.
Paying by Credit/Debit Card ?
Select the Credit/Debit Card payment option when you complete this order form. You will be transferred to Worldpay's secure payment server to complete your payment details. To process your order, you will need to provide the 3-digit security code on the back of your card and an issue number for Switch and Solo cards.
Payment will not be taken until we have established whether your selection is in stock.
Paying by Credit or Debit Card by Telephone?
If you prefer, you can submit details over the telephone, then just call us. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail.
UK and EU Distance Selling Regulations
Our returns and refunds policy is in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive which came into force in October 2000 and is part of UK law under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This law applies to all transactions within the UK where a consumer does not meet the vendor. Contracts between businesses are not governed by these regulations.
YOUR RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER
In accordance with the law, you have a 7 day 'cooling off period' in which you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund.
You do not need to give a reason for cancelling your purchase. We are obliged to refund your payment in full, minus delivery costs, within 30 days of your cancellation.
Force Majeure
allspeedway.tvallspeedway.tvallspeedway.tv will not be under any liability whatsoever in the event that Workwearhouse.co.uk is prevented or delayed from supplying or making delivery of any goods by any reason or cause beyond the control of allspeedway.tv.
Risk and Ownership
The risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the delivery address. Ownership of goods remains with allspeedway.tv. until payment for the goods are received in full.
Complaints
We aim to provide a high standard of customer service. If however we do get it wrong we will do everything in our power to put it right! We will acknowledge any complaint emailed to us

All trademarks, service marks and trade names are the property of their respective owners.
Privacy Policy
allspeedway.tv are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information provided by you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Your credit or debit card details are processed securely through PayPal. Once processed, we do not store your card details or any bank details.
The only information we hold about you is your name and contact details. This information is needed so that we can contact you about your order and despatch your order to you. If you request us to, we will destroy all information that we store about you.
We will never pass on your contact details (including your email address) to a third party.
If you join our mailing list, you will only receive mailings from us. We will never pass your details on to a third party. If we do send you a mailing it will only be in relation to your order with us or to let you know about our special offers and promotions. In the latter case, we would only ever mail you a maximum of twice per month.
You can check the information we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will correct it or delete it as instructed by you.
Embroidery
Pricing
There is no set up fee for standard text.
A standard breast size logo will be approximately 100mm wide with height to suit. If you do not request specific sizing we will use our professional judgement and size the embroidery accordingly.
All our prices are subject to VAT and delivery.
Our site will give you an individual cost of the garments you have purchased.
As soon as we receive your order, delivery will be added and a pro forma invoice will emailed to you.
Upon receipt of you payment your order will be processed.
We will receive online credit card payments shortly.
We accept paypal payments. Please contact us for details.
Setup Fee
To transfer a logo design into an embroidery format a one off standard setup fee of £25 will be charged. This process is required on all non standard fonts and logos.
Artwork Approval
A stitched sample of your logo will only be sent upon request. If it is not requested we will proceed with your order according to the artwork and colour details supplied.
Embroidery Positioning
Our standard embroidery cost is £2.50 per logo. If you require additional embroidery or would like additional printing please contact us for a quote.
Discounts
We offer excellent discount for any order over 24 garments. If you require details on these offers please contact us.
