Delivery Details
We endeavor to deliver your order within 10 working days upon receipt of your payment.
Cost of shipping could be different for each item and in somes cases free.The cost is for shipping to mainland United Kingdom. This cost does not apply to the following places:
Scottish Highlands, The Scilly Isles and Scottish Islands
The Isle of Wight and The Isle of Man
Northern Ireland
If you require your order to be delivered to one of the above it will incur an extra cost.
Cancellation of Order
You may return carriage paid any product to us within 7 days of receipt for a refund less original delivery cost providing it is unused and with its original packaging and providing our original invoice has been paid.
To return items to us, please contact us for a Returns Form.
We cannot accept the return of any product or garment that has been embroidered or printed with a logo or personalised in any other way. We also cannot accept the return of any swimwear or underwear, whether worn or not.
Returns Policy
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 7 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 14 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received and checked, we'll issue a full refund for the item to your original payment method
Please note that we cannot refund any cost for postage that you may have paid, unless we have sent you an item incorrectly or the item is deemed to be faulty.
For your own protection when returning any items, we suggest that you use Recorded Delivery, as we will not issue refunds for any items that fail to reach us. Your statutory rights are not affected.
